Holiday pt 2
So the next day I woke up and helped Fini and Fina paint the 1st floor of MSA then went over to their house for some more good food and video games (recurring theme there). The next morning we headed out around 5 to Puncak pronounced Punchak which is just south east of Jakarta. It was in the mountains and was beautiful. We first went to a tea plantation and wandered through the fields and I was totally at home. Surrounded by green trees, fields, and mountains ahhhhhh. We then went to a safari which was awesome! Wild animals walking all around your car while you feed them with carrots, great fun. Next door was the zoo where among other things I got to hold a baby tiger and a orangoutang. Highlight of the trip if not my whole life! Oh yeah, and on a random note, I was riding a kiddy train with my friend Marina's daughter when I passed some Arab guys taking a picture. I couldn't help myself and waved as I was already in the picture. The next thing I know the Arab guys are chasing after me in apparent fury and climb on to the train making their way towards me before the conductor makes them get off. It was crazy! Anyways, so just like my other vacation this one ended in rain as well so we had to leave just before I had the opportunity to go para-gliding. About 200 bucks in Huemoz about 20 bucks here. Gotta love it.
