I woke up this morning and for the first time in two days my stomach doesn't hurt and I'm not having to go to the bathroom every few hours. I went to the hospital yesterday with Anda and got some medicine that seems to be working. I felt a lot better so I went to Ambassador mall to get some groceries, but I was a bit premature because it really took it out of me. I really need to be more careful with what I eat and with the water. I still just feel weak. I also watched a hostage crisis take place live on tv from Manila which was really crazy to watch especially because it was so close. They don't have the same restrictions we have in the west so the press was able to get really close to the situation and I was able to see everything that was happening. It was really horrible.
