Today is the last day of classes before the Lebaran holiday. It feels like I've been in Jakarta for months and have been teaching for even longer but in truth we have really only just begun. Regardless it is a very welcome holiday with all of the teachers collectively holding our breath until the bell rings. We still have lots to prepare and lots to do in general so this break will allow us to catch up.
I am going to Singapore in a few days which is going to be a blast and is going to allow me to get the travel bug out. Funny how even though I am living in Indonesia I still get stressed out about not traveling. I need need need to see more of this region while I am still here.
