Sitting in the office at the end of the day listening to music avoiding grading...

I have been confronted by two different parents today, specifically single mothers who are raising teenage boys. They want me to spend more time with their sons to be a positive influence in their lives. I want to help and some of these kids just need an adult male to give them some form of guidance but I don't really know what to do and I am so busy at work that I really don't know what I can do... Its a tough situation.
