I will begin observing teachers today... I'm not going to lie when I say that stresses me out a bit. I have been hired to be more than just a teacher and that "more" begins now... I will evaluate the teaching staff and make suggestions when and where I can. Many of the teachers will require little to no help at all. My fear is how to deal with the teachers who do need lots of help. Will I be any help to them at all or will I create strife?
I didn't sleep too well last night and 5 am came too quickly so I am struggling this morning. I will try to be productive but my brain just wants me to stare blankly at BBC news and the like.
