I forgot to bring my work id this morning. Great way to start the day... There was actually a good deal of traffic on the way to work but seeing as how I have a motorcycle I was able to zip right through it all which can be very satisfying.
I need to decorate my form class in the next few days.. I am just no good at that sort of thing. Everyone always assumes that because I can draw and paint that decorating is my cup of tea. But I assure you it is not. Especially holiday type decorating. For some reason it has always just annoyed me. I always hated putting up the christmas tree and all the lights and junk that goes with it. And now I have to hang ginger bread men and put up red and green felt all over my classroom... I wonder if I can find candy canes here. I also have to help organise my class into the christmas program which means I have to help them do a dance.... Seriously? I am a history teacher! Oh well, another part of the learning experience I guess..
