I worked late into the night last night to finish all my exams. I have gotten into a bad habit of procrastinating to the very last moment to get things done. I can tell I'm just plain burnt out at the moment. Not having a break of any kind in months has officially gotten to me... Thankfully exam week is next week and after I finish grading I will be done full stop.
Today marks the anniversary of the death of John Lennon so I've been listening to the beatles as well as his solo work all morning. Such a sad thing to lose someone who can combine words and music so incredibly beautifully that you can actually mourn their death even if they died before you were even born.
