It should be a given that you will feel better after having had a good nights sleep but somehow with a hectic schedule and a busy social life we often ignore our need for a good nights sleep. At least I often do. I got a good nights sleep last night and I feel amazing.
In other news I recently learned that I will be having an assistant in a few weeks. He will be teaching next year so he will be sitting in on my classes getting a feel for things and in the mean time and in between time he will be doing my grading and copying for me. Gotta say I am happy about that. The thing I hate most about teaching is grading....
