Two stories of incredible yet inevitable results... Peyton Manning will be leaving the Colts after 14 years and Vladimir Putin was re elected for a 3rd term.
Its really hard for an outsider to say if there really was any tampering of results in Russia. I've heard reports of busses carrying people from polling station to polling station to recast votes. It does appear to be one of the most transparent elections in Russia. But again as an outsider only reading BBC news how much can we really know?
The same can be said about Syria. Yes it is obvious the government is brutally repressing any form of rebellion and is no doubt shelling indiscriminately but as much as I believe it to be true I cannot prove acts of torture and rape. The world is so connected right now and we have the ability to see what is happening in most parts of the world with a simple click of a button but that has created another issue... Thinking we know everything because we saw it online or on TV. We have become so used to being overexposed that we assume overexposure equals unbias. I don't know what I am saying I guess. I just read BBC news every morning and can't help but think about how little I really know...
