Friday fog

I woke up by accident around 4 this morning and couldn't go back to sleep so I should have known the day was somewhat doomed. I was teaching my grade 3 class later and about 10-15 minutes in I realized I was teaching them the lesson from grade 4. I kept thinking to myself this seems wrong but wow. Yeah, thats about as bad as it gets. Luckily I have moved on from my nervous stage and settled in enough that I was able to regroup and continue on with class teaching the correct material. I went home early to take a nap and just feel like I have wasted a day. I did try a new restaurant for dinner though. I ordered a plate of teriyaki chicken with rice but it was really cheap and the waitress looked at me very strange so I though maybe I'll order a second. (The thinking being that portions over here can be quite small). Well she come out with two big plates of food and I happily ate it all down. So I ate for two and had a coke all for about 3 dollars. And it was good, oh so good.
